Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Big Cheese Ventures, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. Your primary objective will be to identify potential customers, initiate conversations, and set up meetings for our Account Executives. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including social media, online databases, and industry events.

  • Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails and outbound campaigns to engage with potential customers & introduce them to our solutions.

  • Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and requirements of potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for the solutions at hand.

  • Schedule Meetings: Set up appointments and meetings for Account Executives with qualified leads.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and outcomes to the sales manager.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Fluent German and English (level C2)

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Excellent phone and email etiquette

    • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

    • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools

  • Attributes:

    • Highly organized with excellent time management skills

    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
